Exchange and Return Policy
- Our software does not allow us to make manual adjustments to finalized purchases. All orders will be processed and shipped as originally placed.
- Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. To prevent any shipping delays, please double check that the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
- Mammoth Labs Supplements is not responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of transit. Under all circumstances USPS is responsible for any of all mail pieces that undergo USPS delivery services. We will do our best to assist all customers regarding missing packages.
- All claims will be thoroughly reviewed case by case; claims may take up to 3 weeks to process. Once USPS responds to your claim we will be able to take steps to resolve the issue. Until then, your patience is greatly appreciated as we work with USPS.
- Filing a claim does not guarantee USPS will partially or fully compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.
- Orders are shipped to the provided shipping address listed under customer’s account.
- Mammoth Labs Supplements is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid address.
- All returning packages due to insufficient address will be sent an email. Customers will have 72 hours to respond, failure to reply within 72 hours will automatically result in order cancellation.
- Customer’s funds will be refunded.
- Customer’s are responsible for any additional postage fees for orders that need to be re-shipped due to invalid addresses
- Orders are generally received within 7 business days after date of fulfillment.
- Orders are shipped via USPS Priority 2-3 Day Business Mail.
- Expected delivery dates may vary during holiday season, depending on volume of mail experienced through postal service.
- Currently Mammoth Labs Supplements are available for domestic shipping only
- All discount codes must be entered at the time of checkout.
- For our customer’s safety, our software does not allow us to manually apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
- Only one discount code can be applied per purchase.
- We accept returns on new, unopened, undamaged items in original packaging within 30 days from the order date.
- All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee and our shipping costs. The customer must contact us prior to returning product(s).
- We do not give refunds on opened products.
- If you are missing an item or the item that you receive is damaged, then please contact us and we will send out a replacement free of any shipping costs to you.
- You must notify us within 3 days of receipt of shipment. If a refund is deemed necessary, then we will manually refund your transaction for the appropriate amount for the returned items.
- Chargebacks will not be taken lightly and will subject the client to being put on the no-sell list.
- Refunds will only be issued after the items have been returned to us.If a product is missing from your order, then please contact us and once we verify the legitimacy of the claim then we will send the missing item to you.
- All orders are photo documented and weighed prior to shipping to avoid any fraudulent claims.
